180 rear tyre on Pointy?

Hi

I need new tyres for my bike and im fairly broke

My friend has a spare 180 rear in good condition.

Does anyone know if this can be fitted to my wheel which currently has a standard 160 section on it???

Ebay for 160/60 tyres and you'll pick something up for not a lot
