Quick shifter problem
 

has anyone fitted a quickshifter to a sv650 injection model. I have a power commander 3 usb with code ending 410 and a quickshifter pull type with code 03-6 both are dynojet. I fitted the quickshifter but it wont work, it is in the correct pull position in race shift as you can see the module pulling.
The quickshifter came from my gsxr600 race bike and is in full working order as I used it last week and the power commander seems to be working as the green light still flows up and down when reved. have I missed something as I thought it was just a simple plug and play system? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need this solved before the manx gp.
