OMO: Marble worktop repair what glue?
 

Yep another one from me today, I've got a piece of marble worktop that runs in front of our hob, it has been working loose for years but has now given way completely. I've stashed it safely so it doesn't shatter but how do I stick it back in place? I'm assuming find the right glue, clear the old stuff off, apply and hold in place till it's set but any help/tips would be much appreciated.

I know I can google this stuff but I'll usually get 2-3 contradictory stories and be missing a vital tip or something so the org has proven far more helpful in such matters :thumbsup: and I REALLY do appreciate any help given (and it has been a lot over the years I know)

pink/brown kind of colour, the glue was similar to match but I'd settle for black TBH

Pm Pegasus. It's his job to know how to fix granite or marble. Sold it for long enough ;)
