A few laps from Snetterton

Had another great day at Snetterton and have quite a few vids to upload but they take so long

This is from my standard K3 pointy ( yes standard suspension and brakes)

looking at my vids ive got down to 2.18/19 dont think thats bad for a standard bike

Lovely stuff, looks like a fun track, you happy with your standard bike or are changes planned?

Excellent riding. I did Snetterton last year on naked Hornet - great fun but a pain with no wind protection. Is that little blue bike a VFR400? Corners well, doesn't it?

Yes as you know the bike will be better with better suspension, new pads/brake lines and shorter gearing and i may do some of this over winter on a budget. But i still had fun and the standard bike has more to offer than my skill!!

Yes i think that was a vfr400 i had fun with him on another session aswell, got a good video of my messing with a brand new Fireblade and GSXR750 !

Looking good, will be there on Sunday 13th fingers crossed we get some dry laps!

So that's right, right, left.... This is a long circuit, there is a fair bit of potential for me getting lost...

Hi Chris,
I've done a fair few track days but not had to learn a long circuit in a while, I'll enjoy it I'm sure!
Feel free to say hello, details are in this thread, I shan't hijack yours

Take care on the third bend - left after the hairpin - it tightens up on you but was very well ridden by the OP. It caught me out on the third lap while trying to get by a Kawasaki SX1000 (he was slow in the bends) and I ended up going grass tracking.

Ive also seen quite a few people get caught out with the 3rd left on the infield (Hamilton).

I love the infield section, you dont lose out to the faster bikes in this section! Corum is a bit tricky now as you need to scrub speed off while your still lent over, this was the worst area for the standard pogo suspension!
