BT engineers...help needed

I've been waiting on the phone for a while, and there doesn't appear to be a straight forward solution on line.

The pole that feeds the BT line to my row of houses has developed quite a lean. I think it"s likely due to one line running through a couple of connifers that have shot up inthe last year.

who do I need to report it to? How do I go about doing it?

if it does come down it'll hit our cars so I want to get it sorted

Openreach are the folks that do poles and holes. The link below has a contact number. Mention it's dangerous and there is a cute rabbit living under it an you should get a friendly man in a van around soon enough.

phone number and online reporting link, the latter may be better.

If you are struggling with openreach as they can be a nightmare, BT do have a live chat service too.

We had a nightmare with them 2 months before they repaired the telephone line which meant we had no phone or internet. They sent round 5 people on one day including the overhead guys to did a hole in the drive. Good luck

Reported online as phone died...told them to think of the kiddies...actually told them it was a risk to public and property as it's where we park cars and children play, which they do sometimes...all they need to do is chop some conifers

Whos conifers are they?

Chances are what will happen is a guy will come out and see if it's an immediate danger, if it isn't he'll bang a yellow label on it to have it reseated when we've got time and then go away again.

We won't usually cut trees unless we have to in order to complete some work.
