99 naked - wont start

the bike turns over and there are 2 good sparks,, there is fuel getting to the carbs but not going through to ignite,, when I pour fuel down the top of the carb the bike starts but not starting from normal fuel line if you understand. it wont start on any cylinder can you help~???

take carb off and clean it, could be stale fuel/water in float bowls. Chuck it out and make sure it's fresh. check floats height and if they're filling.. the usual really for carbed bikes.
