"Plug ´n play" alternative rims for SV 650 SK6?
 

Hi.

Just sitting and braining about updates for my new bike.
In the case I know a few, spending tons of cash on aftermarket rims for there bikes (other models), to cut down the unsuspented weight, should make the handling better.

But altso know a friend of mine had a TL1000, replaceing the rims with an unknow age and model of a newer Gixxer to make the same weightloss.

Just got to thinking, if I would try to do the same trick on my SV, is there any never models fitting rims with my model?
Thinking, without the need of spacers on the calipers and so on.

Finding the same dimentions on a rim is not that hard, but have no idea if it will fit. :smt087

At SV650 sizes there is nothing as a straight fit.
If your a good fabricator, you could get a GSXR front wheel to fit. But it would possibly be cheaper to change the entire front end.

Rear the 5.5" 180 rims can be made to fit. Your best asking on Twin Work Factory http://www.twfracing.com/zparts.html
