It does make it neater but you can make it keyless with a simple resistor and spend the money you save on something else. Put it towards another set of tyres or brake pads ;-)

Do it yourself mate, piece of ****, costs a total of about 2 quid for a resistor and some black phase tape.

There was a rave loom diagram for a curvy on here if you do a search. Doesn't take long to modify the standard loom. If you need one for a pointy I'm sure a search will pull one up
