Disconnecting alarm?

had the dead battery in the mata t375-v2
so just goin to remove complete alarm system
cant get bike to start,no primeing of fuel pump or gettin it to fire up
am left with 1 battery live,2 ignition lives and 1 earth....cant seem to find where they go...everything else workin ok bar these 2 things
any ideas

Haynes manual wiring diagram for your make/model. Its the only way unless you stick it into a garage.

got it sorted...down loaded wiring diagram from internet....4 hrs later we have it fix
