Bought this last summer, but I've put a bit of chunk on since then.

It was sold as a 40, but even then it was a squeeze. I'd say it should fit a 38 chest well.

It's nicely worn in with a nice vintagey look to the leather. The white bits would clean up nicely, but I prefer the worn in look of it.
