Know an insurance company with 365 day Euro cover?

My permanent residence and bike are both registered in the UK. However, I study in Italy and don't want to re-register here for many reasons.

Does anybody know an insurance company which can offer year-long European cover?

my dad uses direct line (they have a sister company that do it) for his english reg car using it in spain 365, hth
