Good places to look in York?
 

Up in York next week as OH is on a conference. I was thinking I could go to look in some local shops see what's around. Anywhere good that I should look - I will probably have access to the car while we're there.

The cheese shop Love Cheese. It's wonderful. (If you like cheese.) They sell some local beers in there too.

And a climb to the top of the Minster is worth getting out of breath for the view.

Any good cider pubs. Don't do beer, but more than happy to sample the local ciders
