2002 SV refresh
Hi All.
Noobie to the site but I've been riding bikes for a long time working my way up from a 2 stroke 50, 125 and 250's then onto 400, 600, 750 then 1000IL4s and twins. My last few bikes have been; 2004 RSVR Factory 2003 R1 2005 F800 I wasn't enjoying the RSVR so much, finding it uncomfortable and utterly wasted on the road. So I bought this. http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/...6E59B662E9.jpg The last owner was my sister and I rode it home for her when she bought it. I'd not grinned like I did after riding the little SV in the last goodness know how many bikes. I was a little smitten. It's very satisfying using all the bike can give. 4 years later and it's mine. The original plan was to tart up the forks and sell it. Then buy a Ducati 796. http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/...9422952C80.jpg http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/...370A7CF0C1.jpg http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/...7969E0258A.jpg It's apparent more than the forks needed to be sorted. So begins the strip down and service. http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/...281838459D.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
