Alternative Throttle mod

Hey all, does anyone know if the Yamaha thundercat throttle is the same as the R6? As the engine specs seem similar. The R6 throttle seems to be difficult to get hold of and are often quite pricey whereas the thundercat tubes are super cheap and readily available. so just wondering if any other Throttle tubes will be a direct fit with less twist for wot.

Can't answer the thundercat question, but there's one (R6) on ebay from fowlers for £14.58 shipped.
