RIP Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne has passed away aged 76. One of life's characters. Given his lifestyle, he did well to get this far.

Amazingly well. As he himself said, he could write a Michelin guide to rehab facilities, let alone a Cordon Bleu guide to drugs.

It's lovely he was able to do the farewell gigs too. What's all too often overlooked is that he really was a good singer. Never a Percy Plant or a Gillan but songs like Hand of Doom or Children of the Grave are unique

They don't make characters like Ozzy any more. Lady Poppy was devastated at the news as she loves the early Sabbath music.
