Dunlop D208's

What to say cracking tyres!!!!! Very sticky so loads of grip. gave me loads of confidence in the bike. Very responsive u can feel every nuck and cranny underneath u!!! Only problem being that i have had two back tyres as both have only lasted 2 mths a piece. not a cheap tyre to be going through in such a short amount of time

 2 months :?: You're either spinning the back wheel up like Tosland in todays World Superbikes or they're as soft as $h1te - which one is it :?:

They must be very sticky :D

I've got a pair, only done 300 miles on them so far.
Where are you wearing them out?

They're supposed to be a better dual compound than the D207. So far excellent tyre, compared to the stock mez4 anyway.

Sharples Tyres in Bolton are doing a pair of D208's for £135 fitted to loose wheels. Cheaper than the older 207's!

I've done about 1200 miles on mine and no serious wear showing. Mind you I don't ride fast as I'm getting on in years

I'm well pleased with mine......very good in wet .....confidence inspiring.

just had a pair fitted for £172 thats with them taking the wheels off and refitting plus balancing

first 100 mile impressions.......bloody hell :D my 010's were pretty worn (10000 mile front and about 5000 on the back)but i dotn remember them being as good as the 208's when new

big thumbs up for sharples as well..excellent service even fixed my undertray that fell off on the way there

i also have the d208's and am pretty pleased with them, but like someone else commented the do wear out quite quickly, i will be getting another rear fitted to mine in the near future, i may have only done around 2500 miles on them, might just be my riding though
