Specific Tank Pad, Devil w/ "I promise not to go FAST&q

Ok here in Washington I saw a tank pad that was the "T" ribbid design. Wider at the top. Anyways it had a little devil on it and the printing said "I promise not to go fast." I WANT ONE!!! Has anyone seen these? Anyone know where I might find one? All I have found is the standards and the brand specific ones. Thanks
