rumble import undertray & ccc exhaust
just fitted the rumble import undertray and ccc exhaust (thanks northwind) on the wife's sv.
how do you post pictures please (inc [img] tags) http://www.clivegoodwin.dsl.pipex.com/undertray.jpg |
The piccies need to be hosted, then you use the '[img]' button to refer to them in the thread...
If you e-mail me the pic's I'll host 'em for you & e-mail you the links back  :D |
Oi, thief! That's my can!
If you want, if you twist the link pipe around, you could have the can stick out a lot less at the end there... Totally a matter of taste of course. I must've spent hours wrestling with the thing before I got it how I liked :) |
i like that undertray a lot ...not sure if i would trust those indicators i would propably swap them for red leds and wire them to the brakelight then fit mini winkies...and wtf has been chewing your hugger
|
the indicator the the rear light are seperate units under one cover that looks like carbon when the lights are off.
a 5r6 50watt resistor fitted to allow to indicators to flash at the right rate. northwind thanks for the advice but that can sounds brilliant the wife said the'll here me coming now. |
It's brilliant isn't it :) Not as loud as a Quill, but nicer sounding.

Nope :) martin from SV Ecosse's got a Quill on his, and we compared notes on one of the rideouts... the Quill goes louder after 5,000 revs...
I'd cunningly induced a small blow in the link pipe/header join (by incompetence) to get a nicer engine braking burble... |
Looks loverly, got one myself but yet to fit it, any instructions on how to wire the bloody thing up come with yours, mine didnt, any help would be good.
