Wolf exhausts connector pipe
 

I have had the exhaust now for around 6 months and I have been waiting for the connector pipe for the whole time. I have written around 5 e-mails and spoken to 3 people over this time. All have promised that I would get one and nothing has arrived.

If you have any interest in getting a Wolf exhaust try and make sure that you make them aware that you need the connector. If you can, see if they will send you two so I can have one :?

Did you ever get any joy? There's a member of the forum called WolfRacing, he owns them I think. Might be worth a word. He seems pretty even handed with his advice etc. So seems like a decent bloke!

I have just replied to a thread he has started offering a 10% discount for SV650.ORG members. Basically telling him the problem advising that he needs to include one as standard. I think it is in the tuning\tweaking section.

I have spoken to him three times at least and one or more of his colleagues and sent 6 e-mails from 14\5 - 16\8. all to Peter. When I have spoken to him he does seem very pleasant, but in the end he has done NOTHING :shock: :cry:

It's really dissapointing as I like the exhaust, but not there customer service.

I've been quite encouraged by other peoples comments on these cans but as you say, what use without a means to connect the old one. :?:

have wolf got anything to do with blueflame and art by any chance ?

mabe this site has done something to upset them :( :(

I,m very surprised at your delay as I have a Wolf which came with the
connecter and bracket Very easy to fit and when I burnt the transfer/sticker they sent me replacements within 48hrs[By the way I
have burnt both the replacements so now I just leave it as shinny stainless] Possibly through running it without the baffle---great sound

I only have praise for the service and I,m sure when they see the posts
they will do something about the situation After all no business likes bad customer relations and this site is the ONE PLACE that can make or break any supplier

Don't let this put you off getting the can if you fancy it. It is a good can and sounds great, especially on the over-run. Mind you could go for a full acrapovic system... =P~

Hopefully my connector pipe will arrive shortly.

Yes, I have looked at the Akropovic option but I reckon I might keep my spare kidney for something I really need! :wink:
