Big Ape - ive looked at your injury piccies nasty :( are you ok now? howdit happen?

rather a long story so to cut it short, went round motorway slip road, lost front end, hit armco at 80. Not quite there but enough to be mobile and ride again. Think I will save going out jogging again for another 6 months or so ( at least I hope its only 6 months).

I'm ok now though as you can tell by my avatar :wink: :wink:
