How do I alter the time - K3 ?

Does anyone know how to alter the time on the k3, I forgot to do it yesterday and I don't have to manual with me.

Hold both buttons down togeather, when in ODO mode i believe. Then one of the buttons sets the time the other changes what bit its setting.
