New SV at NEC show (400k of photos)
Seen the new SV today at the NEC show. I don't like the frame even more in the flesh (or metal)
It makes the bike look as cheap as an 8year old bandit The Suzuki stand didn't really shout about the new style SV but did shout about the new Bandit range...very odd as the new Bandits didn't look that different. well anyway here's some photos: http://www.thebikereview.com/sv/dashsv650.jpg http://www.thebikereview.com/sv/sidesv650.jpg http://www.thebikereview.com/sv/sidesv650k4.jpg |
OMG !!!!!
sorry - but i really dont like it. the naked doenst look very muscly and the SVS looks cheap like a kids toy. |
How much does the red one look like an NSR125? If I were in the mood to bash the FI SV, I could say something here about them all looking cheap, but I feel I'm above such trivial things :)

Hmm, I would have much preferred that to be a big analogue speedo. I rarely ever look at the tacho, particularly if i'm gunning it. I know when to change up by feel, and it's before the red-line.

the bikes were so dull that i only spotted them on my 3rd visit to the stand.
on a side note if anyone's interested, I spoke to Neil Hodgson today and he's going to the USA to race next year. Reckons he stands a better chance of winning a race. He'll then come back to Superbike if a good enough deal is done |
I have to say, i really like that red one, fan-bloody- tastic!!
All shiny and pretty, looks physically smaller than all the SV's up to now, maybe its just the camera angle. Still very nice though  Great pics |
They make digital speedometers 'cause it's cheaper, better forget the habit of following the needle of analog

Have to say... i am with Jp on this one, i love the red oe... not too keen on the blue one, don't look right with the black frame....

Dont like the black frame, looks naff
|
Cheap and Tacky.... Bring back the classic shape with a proper black frame =P~
