db killer
Hello
Has anybody used a db killer with a race can? I'm thinking of getting a new can, but leaving early for work on the bike is likely to lose me a few friendly neighbours  With a db killer in, is it as quiet as the standard can, or does it still sound good but with the edge taken off? I've seen them advertised on the carbon can co site, but presume they fit any make can? Thanks Jon |
good point and thanks for the reminder. I need one of those too, as I leave for work at 6am and dont think I am making any friends fast at the moment. If anyone knows the answer to jonc's question I would also be interested.
Only interested if they are dead easy to remove and quick otherwise it's a case of sod the neighbours |
Zorstec'll make you one in the event the CCC one doesn't work, £40 but you have to send them your can for fitting.

Hey everyone
dbkiller works fine. I fitted one a year ago when I moved house (took pity on my neighbours as CCC can a bit fruity). Secures with nut and bolt. Just needed drilling. I suspect bikes runs a bit rich with it on (from the stink riding behind my brother on it the other day!) |

Think an Art with a DB Killer is still going to be pretty loud though :)
I'm just getting one for MOT purposes, a bit easier than changing the whole system over or having a link pipe built to attach the stock can to the WRP headers... Zorstec'll fit an e-mark band while they're at it. |
Wolf Racing do a "Quiet Baffle Kit" for £19.99, fits all cans. Used it to good effect on both ART and Micron cans!
