You can get camera kits for bikes, little velcro on ones (you need to link them to an underseat DV cam, so pricey if you don't already have one).
It'd be interesting to see what the police did if you gave them a tape- they generally try to discourage vigilantisim, but don't seem terribly adverse to the public acting as "spotters";I read about members of the public in one village being given hand held speed cameras, but people caught by them were only sent warning letters, as opposed to fines, etc., by the police. |
