Test Ride

Just wandering if you have a restricted licence 33, how can you get test rides on bikes such as the SV?

I'm pretty sure some dealers have a restricted demo machine for the bikes that they will sell restricted. Something you would have to ring around for, though.

I did a course with a school that was linked to the shop I got my SV from and at the time, one of their instructors was accompanying a woman who was test riding a 500cc scooter which she obviously wasn't licensed to ride. They fitted L Plates and while in radio contact, it was effectively a DAS tuition session. I guess that's the only way round it.

yes we can do this we have a k4 demo machine and a restrivtor box so not a problem
