Changing the rear wheel for a GXSR one
Hello all
What are the benifits of changeing the rear wheel for one off a GSXR, i know i will have to change the bearing and stuff, but will i have to change the swing arm due to the wider wheel, and will i have to change and fiddle with the front end as well? Hmm i think i also need to learn how to spell Any help/ideas will be great. Thanks! |
You get to have a fat ass em... sorry I meant a larger rear . Oh well this is coming out all wrong
No seriously, the first thing peeps would want to know is why you are thinking of it in the first place. Cheers Ben |
gotta admit it looks mint tho

Well, the bike looks ace, but I wouldn't have even noticed the tyre size if I wasn't looking for it... Basically it'll make your tyres more expensive and slow your turning. If you think it'll look good enough to make that worthwhile, then go for it...
Quite a few folks but CBR wheels on the rear, they're a little bigger but not massively- it's popular with US racers because there's more race tyre choices for the CBR. Plus the CBR wheel looks fantastic. |
