Realign front wheel

As some of you know my bike delema, one of the problems that was highlighted was the front wheel being a bit out of alignment with the handle bars.

What is the easiest way to sort it out. I remember being told about losening the lower yoke bolts and the two bolts that hold the wheel in.

Can this be clarified for me?

Unfortunatly i dont have a torqe wrench.

Undo everything on the front end - except the top yoke clamps - that's; spindle, clamp, lower yoke, mudguard, then bounce the forks up and down a few times, and then retighten from the bottom up. If it doesn't work first time, you may need to do it again a bit more proactively. :D or there is the possibility that something is bent, although having seen it Friday night it wasn't that far off, so I doubt it will take much to line it up again.
Don't fuss over the torque figures, as long as you don't do anything silly it'll be fine, and if necessary it can easily be checked.

that would be the "bounce it about a bit" fix then Mr Squid

If in doubt... a Soho Massive demonstration will probably be in order!

That's no problem. Tighten the bolt until it shears off, then back it off a quarter of a turn.

No, don't do that! [-X
