Are these referenced to braking OFFS or non-braking OFFS?
That is, OFFS that were contributable to braking influences rather than steering or 3rd party interference?

Why no "rear brake with an off" option? Surely that's required for clarity. I know it's unlikely that the back will disappear from under you under braking but stopping distance must go right up.

You've obviously never stamped on the rear brake to see what happens, then.
If you lock it up then usually it will try to overtake the front wheel, this generally doesn't end well if you don't get off the brakes.

OK, should've qualified more. I meant less likely than if you lock the front. Anyway, point is, there's an option missing from this poll.

Ahh, yes, it's alot easier to deal with than the front going sideways on you.
I agree, it does need the extra option.

Sorry - I tried to add the option originally and it fell over. Will edit to fix it.

Damn it wont fix - cant get to the poll option.

You cannot answer this poll without a fourth option...

A pedal cycle, / pushbike is a different animal to a motorcycle

Oh I don't know, just managed to answer AND vote :)

Shooter 26-02-05 10:28 PM

Real sorry guys - I agree, the poll is invalid without that option and it was intended to be there. I will re do it now.
