Should I be a tiger?
Our local Yamaha dealer has discounted novelty ears and tails to
£2.49 a set. Apparently, nobody buys them. My reaction was that I can finally afford them and today I arrived at work looking like this: http://www.bath.ac.uk/~masdv/photos/tiger1a.jpg http://www.bath.ac.uk/~masdv/photos/tiger2a.jpg Unfortunately, many of my colleagues did not approve saying that I look stupid. In particular, one elderly colleague who used to ride a BSA in the 1950s thought that the ears and tail came with the helmet and asked whether there is any way they can be cut off. So should I be a tiger? |

O... MY... GOD...
Get 'em off [-( |
I do think they look very, very stupid, but then, that never stopped me, so if you like them, go for it.

Good question!
I dunno is my answer. The plus side i think is that the traffic (the ones that see you that is) will think "oh at least that one has a sense of humour" Downside, the same gits will think.... "he's a big softy.. i can cut him up and get away with it. he wont chase me home and bash my face in when i get out the car" So i guess it depends on your riding style and attitude. Take it from a guy who gets called "Spidey" by every idiot he encounters. Some have cut me up and laughed.... till i lift my visor and they see pure evil hatred in my eyes. hth a bit :D |
