Bike fell over left side, tick tick noise when riding now??

Hi, sorry my third query on the same topic today..if you didnt read before...turned into street, car coming, (only space for one) grabbed front brake and down the bike went. R&G took all the brunt, some scuffs on tail and side of front wheel rim- thats it. Fairing fine, clutch lever fine, bar end fine, tank fine, oh but also broke gear selector off - fixed it and i need to bleed the front brakes again, as they arent working. The calipers didnt touch the ground, and i cant see any marks on the disc .

However when riding off there is now a tick tick sound which gets faster as the bike go's faster. Could there be damage to the wheel? Speedo works fine. ?? Any suggestions again would be appreciated. Dont wanna take it to shop and then they give me a whole shopping list of things! when it may just be something minor...thanks guys/girls...james

Have you tried getting the front wheel off the ground and spinning the front wheel or free wheeling down an incline with the engine off. You might need to take your helmet off to hear it better.

It's that crocodile!

Is it from the front or rear? Considering that you've got problems with the front brakes I'd definately suspect something in that department...
