Fitting a touring scottoiler to a k4/k5

Hey all, Fitted my touring scotttoiler minus the hcr to my k5 as scottoiler dont recommend fitting it with the hcr.
I recall when i put it up for sale somebody had mentioned they fitted a touring kit to a k4......has it given any problems as regards breaking/cracking the rear mudguard/licence plate holder?
Cheers.

What's a scottoiler and why haven't I heard of it?

Its an automatic chain oiler.Id be very surprised if Scottoiler dont export them to USA.Cost about £80 here but no doubt they would be half that by the time they got across the pond.
