Which Yellow is my yellow?

Hi All

I've got a 2001 - Y Reg SV650s and I want to get some bits to spruce it up a little - the problem is I have no idea which yellow my bike is. In fact it's only recently I found out there were two yellows!!

Can anyone point me to a model history or something that will let me know which yellow mine is?

Just looked it up for you. It's y9h pearl lively yellow.

Do you know the names of the colours? Isn't it something like Pearl Canyon Yellow and Pearl Lively Yellow - no idea which is which though?

Is the other colour YH9?

Pearl canyon yellow y9f is the earlier, darker yellow. Pearl lively yellow y9h is the later, lighter yellow.

Y9H only came on bikes K2 and after
Y9F was for bikes before K2

Mine's an SK1 so it must be the Y9F (darker yellow - pearl canyon yellow)

Glad that's sorted - now I can get on ebay for my hugger and lower fairings!
