Throtle Seems a bit sticky
 

When comparing my throtle with Spiderman's one it seems a bit sticky on the return plus also a bit heavy when turning it.

Do i need to oil the bits on the side of the carb that sync them up, oil the cable or oil the throtle handle? What should i use, will WD40 be ok or LM grease?

First make sure that the cables aren't too tight, you must have a little slack, then check the cables are free, if not then oil them, then lift off the airbox and squirt WD40 or similar around the butterfly spindle pivots and the linkage.
It's unusual for the throttle tube to be sticky, it's plastic on an aluminium pivot, but if it is remove and clean it, then use a light oil rather than grease to lube it.
