Eating Crisps
 

There was a bloke driving a delivery van / truck this week in Newton Aycliffe.

He was eating a packet of crisps and steering with his elbows.

He got done £250

There was also another offence of not keeping records, no fine!


And a third offence for spilling diesel, no tank cap fitted. £50. He should have been hung drawn and quartered for that, or at least been shot

so the crisps have it them....
