Bought an SV1K
 

So, it finally happened - traded up to the thou'. :D Bought it in the UK and rode it back home. Never buying a bike here again!! New bike had 1500 miles on the clock and loads of extras added. Immaculate too!! Saved over three and a half grand on the Irish list price. And thats after the VRT is paid. Irish prices are madness :evil:

The thou is some bike - loadsa power, way smoother than my '99 SV, and just as flickable! :lol: Here's some pics:

Cheers Sharpy! I picked up the bike through ebay. Cost me £4100. Gotta pay another thousand euro or so to have it reregistered with Irish plates. No rush to do that though! :shock:

Copy cat? Na, them blue ones are a bit slow for my liking!! Went for one of the faster copper ones!
