sv650 scorpion end can help needed

im thinking of fitting a slip on scorpion end can to my recently purchased SV and was wondering if anyone had already fitted one an wanted to know what they are likewill it give me a big difference in sound. also is it jus a matter of cutting off my old can and fitting the new one? help very much appreciated
