Stolen Ducati 748R - Reward Offered
 

A friend just had his 748R stolen from East London. There is a reward out for any information leading to it's return.

Colour: Red (with white rear number boards on the seat unit)
Registration: EX51 XVO

Engine number ZDM748W4B-001935

On the head stock there is a little plate designating the bike 853 out of 1000.

It has a Ducati race shift (no linkage -one up five down) and Motec Rear sets (rigid, non-standard, Black). It has Termignoni race exhausts fitted - the standard exhausts were stolen too as was some extra track only body work (made by ARD Racing). It has no indicators fitted and only one mirror (left one). Usual Ducati 748R specification (including Ohlins forks and rear shock, Brembo brakes and five spoke Marchesini wheels) - plus carbon fibre clutch plate and hugger. It had Metzler Race Tec tyres fitted.

The bike is alpha dotted. It has a Data Tool alarm and immobiliser fitted.

I cannot help you im afraid, but I will post this on the Kent/SE London car cruising sites just in case..

Hope it gets found, robbing theiving scum!!

Despite having three locks on the garage (one in the centre and two half way up the sides) the scum actually bent back one corner of the metal door and slid the bike (and various other bits) through the gap!

sorry to hear that - all thieves are total scum. Hope he gets it back.

That really sucks, I hope they catch the b*stards that did it.

its a shame but if my bike was nicked i know that's what will happen and that i'll probably never see it again
