SV650S K4 Tyres

Hi,

I'm coming up to the point where I need to replace my tyres. Doe anyone know a decent place in Essex that'll sort me out. Tried Alpha in Westcliff where I bought the bike and they want to charge me £138 + Vat + Fitting for just the rear. I need a pair so any info would be greatly appreciated.

Pete

What do you recommend? I'm a commuter and just got 4500 miles out of my stock sport maxx that came on the bike.

Has anyone heard anything about these Conti Attax? I've recommended these by loads of SV riders!!!!

Yes go for the Conti road attacks!

Best value for money. Have a look in the tyres Section on the forum.

www.motorcycletyresuk.com/ always have the conti in Stock.

Just rang them, tyres and fitted Conti Attax - £169.99 - Bargain

superb guys.

gone out their way to help me out many times.

id recommend BT020's, but not sure how they fair on the SV tho (im a SV associate member here you know ;) )

I got 8,200 miles from my rear 020, which still had a fair bit of life left. Got 11,500 miles from the 010 front but that was seriously bald on one side.

I've used http://www.motorcycletyresuk.com/ and http://www.focusmotorcycletraining.co.uk/ in the past. Both recommended and cheap, but Focus was a touch cheaper for my current set of 014s.
