Room to rent, South Norwood

Looking for a housemate, 2 up 2 down house in south norwood, as Itching2Go is moving out soon. Rent is £300 plus bills (Which aren't that much)

Parking space out the front for a bike, right next to Norwood junction train station.

Unfortunately I'm sorted for a place to live, even if it is a bit steep... it's easy to get to work... however I'll keep my ears to the ground, and let you know if I find someone suitable.
