Trick tail on 2002 bike?

Hi,
Does anyone know if:
1. I can buy the new style trick rear end with the LEDs (if so where) and
2. Can it be fitted to a 2002 bike?

You can buy the TL/SV (curvy) rear light with intergrated indicators on eBay...
