This exhaust on the SV?...
 

100mm diameter, 18inch length, 54~mm inlet (same as SV). I would have to weld a pipe at angle of SV exhaust and get a baffle. Still could be cheap. Thoughts?

What happened to the R1 pipe?

It will be very loud that size and the carbon will split inside 3 months, other than that, go for it :D

I couldn't get it welded on -alu and steel is a nasty combo without a MIG.

Why will the carbon split within 3 months? Also I intend to get a baffle.

I have a Standard Can I cut off a system I purchased from Ebay. It's dented and a little scuffed, but would get you through an MOT. You would need a sleeve to connect it to your downpipes, but these are readily available from ART etc.
