Rear shocks----what one's will fit the SV650S (Y)
 

as the title says what other models rear shock will fit the Y model SV?

I have just purchased a 2000 sv650s y and am also very interested in any info on this if possible also any info on front suspension

If my SV doesnt reach what im after on ebay, i've a zx636 shock which will fit with small trim to the battery box.

This has come up a couple times and theres a list of shocks that will fit the SV. I believe the original shock is 330mm in length.

The above site lists some shocks that will fit the bike plus the best weight ranges and also has a guide on installing the shock. I was installing a GSXR 1000 K1 shcck but it doesn't fit with shorter dogbones on the bike so Im going to be installing an srad shock instead.
