HIGHWAY MAINTANENCE LORRY LEAKING STUFF

Coming back from harrogate last ngiht on the bike and i noticed a line of black stuff on the road, a liquid of some description.

Didnt know if it was diesel or not so i kept well away from it and made good progress towards home. I caught up with a Highways Maintanence Lorry which appeared to have some liquid pouring from the back of it. I flashed the driver and he just dived onto his brakes - must have thought i was taking the michael or something.

So next opportunity i blasted past him, slowed down once i was in front and indicated left, i also waved him over.

We stopped, i got off my bike and he got out of the cab - he came storming up to me shouting "what the hell are you playing at!"

I explained that something was leaking from the back of his truck.. he replied "oh s1it, the tap!"

He ran to the back and turned said tap off, he then turned to me and...

"Sorry about that mate, thanks for telling me, you're a star! i would have lost all me water!"

So it wasnt anything dangerous, but i felt good for doing a good deed.

Dont know why i posted that, i just thought id share it with you...

lol
