Raptor Engine

Hi

I am looking for an SVs at the moment.

A guy at work conveniently has one for sale at the moment, 2001 with all the suspension mods in silver. It is as new and straight but the previous owner had an off and it damaged the engine casing.

The engine has been replaced by one from a Cagiva Raptor, it is grey. Is this any worse or any better?

Talking about £2000 so far with no tax but brand new tyres and sprockets.

Would prefer to spend £1500 on a tatty one but want to get out and ride!!!
