SV INSURANCE
 
HI - Have just passed my test and bought a shiny SV650S 2000 reg. I'm 25 and live in London and Wales. What i'm after is advice on insurance -

who gives good cheap deals?

Can I use my Car NCB on a Bike policy?

For London try www.insurance2000.co.uk They gave me the best London rate I could find.

No, you can't use your car's NCB on the bike, but some many consider it to give you a discount.

also try https://www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk they are not to bad, and it should b dirt cheep as you r 25 :)

remember that if you use your car ncb assuming that the insurance company will allow it , you then cant use that ncb for your car if you have kept it

rampdale and biketeam are good for prices, ramdale are london based

Hi, I too recently passes my test. Norwich Union transfered some NCB to the bike dropped the quote by £140

Same here - Norwich Union Direct transferred my NCB from my car onto my bike

I found carol nash gave the best for the SV im 23 with no NCB's and im paying just over £300 TPFT everyone esle was quoting over a grand :shock:
