Sunday at box hill
 

New to the selkent board....living in woking but lived in Hayes for 20 or so years so do I still qualify???

Anyhow. As the SV has sat for two weeks not going anywhere and has been washed twice, polished once and the manifold pipe is now gleaming, I really need to go for a ride.


Anyone up for a coffee at Box hill on sunday then on from there.??? I'm newish to bikes so can't lead yet.

Have checked the BBC website and it looks to be 25 oC and sunny.

Any takers???

although not up to my normal pace yet, so a bit of a steady ride round is on the cards

I'll be there Sunday, not sure what time arriving but aiming to leave Boxhill around 11.30 for a ride out with some Viffers (about 70 of them!). Usually have a PINK HV with me for recognition purposes 8)

I was there sunday, stayed for about 45 minutes. Saw a yellow un-faired SV (Art Can) roundy and a red un-faired curvey.

And lots and lots of Ducatis. Including an 888, dribble 8)

i parked next to that 888

and there was a blue svs 1000 next to me.

was there for brekky, saw a naked black one and that was it. rider had a black roof (i think) helmet with white stripes. anyone here?

then went for trundle down the a24/a29/a272 and back via guildford.

You must of gone before I arrived, or I was too busy dribbling over the 88 (funny, not seen any in years, this year i've seen 5-6 of them, dribble dribble (as you can tell, i like them :lol: )).

There was a green TL1000 near me. And i've got a black bash hat, with silver bits over it. Mines fully faired though..
