got a letter this mornin from fletchers the solicitirs handling my claim


"you were not at fault for the accident" ----------yyyyeeeeehhhaaaaa :lol:

now all i need to do is go to an independent doctor for an update report on my injuries and bob's your uncle.....sorted (nearly)

only taken 5 months so far

Hi Mate - Fletchers are dealing with my claim too. I've got a full admission from the other party, an independent witness and a doctor's report and still Tesco have not released the dosh. We are now issuing proceedings to get them in to court. Fletchers seem an OK firm to me, so i hope you get your compensation quicker than me! Giood Luck! :roll:
