Always wear your leathers - reminder
 

We're all sensible on here, but just in case... a quote from Essex Ambulance service:

“Often in an accident like this people wearing shorts or normal trousers will have, for example, half their calf muscle torn away by the road. This goes to show how important it is to wear full leathers even in hot weather. I hope people will learn from this.”
