Found now, please ignore. Thanks for the help

Hi there guys,

I would love to find the bike that beolonged to my best friend. I am 90% sure it was a SV650S in blue. Unfortunately Marc was killed in action in a helicopter crash along with some other friends of mine, his girfriend I beleive had the bike after his death and then sold it when she went touring around the world.

If you guys think its worth my while I will post his and her name on here and maybe you could see if they are on your log book or something, unles someone knows another way I could do it?

Thanks

Try looking it up on the DVLA website if you know the reg.If not you will have to give a few more details here and see if anyone recognises it.

Unfortunately I dont know the reg number, pretty sure it was an X plate though.

His name was xxxxx
Her name is xxxx I removed the names now I know the reg number

The bike would have probably been sold over Margate way and I think she would have sold it over a year ago.

I know I am vague and this is a huge shot in the dark really just thought I would try it. Thought if I could find it may be able to buy it, but not just yet. Have decided to do the thing I always wanted to and get a bike, looking to take my Direct Access course in next 6 months and buy a bike, most likely and SV in 12-18 moths time

Thanks

Nick

Thank you. One of your messages gave me an absolute brain wave and I made a call to the security section where we were stationed and they still had the details of his bike so I now have the reg number... Wonder if I can track it down from there, by the way I was right it was an SV650S but on a W plate.

Had a quick look on th DVLA web site but cannot see how to search can anyone point me in the right direction?
