Oil or Check engine light is on
 

My oil or check engine light just came on. I got caught in the rain one evening and 1 mile from home I lost spark in the front cylinder. The next day I found that the drainage hole for the front spark plug coil had clogged, thus disabling the spark. So to be causious I replaced both spark plugs and it fired right up. Immediately after shutting it down I tried again to start it up I got the check engine light. Nothing has changed since the spark plug replacement. I have already tried to reset the ECU by unplugging it for 24 hrs, but it still will not start. It is an SV 650 S 2003. Need help with this as I do not know what to check or try.
